Mural in Osaka. 共に Tomoni. MURAL TOWN KONOHANA, Japan
Mural created in the Konohana district of Osaka as part of MURAL TOWN KONOHANA, organized by WALL SHARE. The work was developed on site, informed by observations of the area’s colors and textures, as well as conversations with local residents.
“共に. Tomoni” (“together”) mural continues our exploration of nature, memory of place, and shared presence, integrating these themes with the character of Konohana. The concept also reflects on the idea of doing things together, the quiet strength of partnership and collective action, as a counterpoint to the growing individualism of contemporary life.
The mural was produced through field studies, sketches, and a multi-stage painting process carried out directly in the urban landscape of Osaka.
